"When I went out to tender for our new web site I was faced with a problem in that I wanted a fairly sophisticated cart that was not an off-the-shelf commodity, due to the slightly unusual nature of some of our products, namely non geographic numbering.
Xdev had worked for me independently in the past and so they were invited to tender for the works.
